We're a Servo down but the Trope continues. Despite the game release rush ahead of us we found September to be kind of slow for games and stuff. We skip the news this week and talk about what we've been playing and reflect on 2016 so far and up ahead.

Cain gets social with Super Mario Maker and of course WoW. Cody plays things that make her upset with E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy, Cameron watches elves and dwarves silently cyber as he tries to roleplay in the non-sexy way on WoW, and Josh embraces more Overwatch with a dash of Torchlight II.

We replace the news with a reflection on the games we missed or need to revisit for earlier in the year and look to the full slate of games we have up ahead.

Like always we close by creating horrible disgusting game concepts with Grope-a-trope. Thanks for listening!

Can you beat our Mario Maker level?

Supertrope battles through illness and 24-hour gaming marathons! We discuss the PlayStation 4 Pro, The Last Guardian delayed again again, and the retirement of Blizzard beloved, Chris Metzen.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2, We Happy Few, Another Metroid 2 Remake (shh don't tell Big N), Grow Up, and more!
(obligatory WoW)

We finish things up with Grope-a-trope, coming up with more stupid game ideas.

The nonsense continues in our first official podcast! After learning how to clap, the Supertrope crew discuss: Rock Band, Madden NFL 17, Grow Up, Radial G, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, Final Fantasy phone games, Dungeons & Dragons, and of course World of Warcraft.
With news we dive into Super Mario Maker for 3DS, the state of Gran Turismo, and marvel at how quickly the makers of The Witcher, CD Projekt RED, are growing and how you shouldn't count Nintendo and SEGA out in the grand scheme of things.
Don't miss the end of the cast when we ponder randomly generated game tropes in Grope-a-Trope!

take it with you

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

Subscribe_with_itunes

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:
Itunes_ss

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Itunes_ss2

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.

Enjoy!
done!
